Welcome to Whiskers – Casual Dining at PSU

You’ll feel right at home when you dine at Whiskers, our casual pub-style restaurant. Whiskers features a full bar, and is open daily for lunch, dinner, and late-night dining. This restaurant is a favorite of our guests and locals alike because we serve delicious options in an inviting atmosphere.

On the Menu

Savor delectable large salads, sandwiches, and Inn specialties in the welcoming, pub-style atmosphere of the restaurant or dine al fresco on the garden patio. We offer several sandwich choices, including pulled pork, Cuban, and our famous NLI burger with sauteed Kennett Square mushrooms. You can also choose from several vegan and vegetarian options for lunch and dinner.

Building Relationships That Last

Executive Chef Andrew Monk believes that local food is a necessity, and he believes in using the local food system as part of building an infrastructure that can sustain our community while creating an equitable living for all people involved in the local food chain. Because we are participating in this grand experiment in local food, we use only products that are made in-house or produced by our neighbors. We also source meat from local organically certified farms to enhance the farm-to-table experience.
