Reserve your spot today for our annual Eberle Wine Dinner on October 25. This year we’ll be taking a “road trip,” celebrating American cuisine from coast to coast and pairing each delicious culinary selection with wines from the award-winning Eberle Winery.
Hailing from the Paso Robles region of California, the legendary winemaker and Penn State graduate Gary Eberle will join us to tell us about his wines and share stories from his time at Penn State.
The event begins with a reception at 5:30 p. m. in the atrium, with dinner to be served at 6:30 p. m. in the ballroom.
At the reception and with each course we’ll be pouring a variety of Eberle wines, including Full Boar Red, Viognier, Chardonnay, Cabernet, and Muscat Canelli.
The reception will feature American appetizers such as cheese steak crostini, shrimp and grit cakes, and fried cheese curds. During dinner, guests will culinary selections such as Montana smoked trout, East Coast blue crab, and Texas brisket. Each dish will be paired with the perfect complementary Eberle wine.
